Panasonic Memory Card Camera-Recorder

Using low-cost, readily available SD/SDHC memory cards as its media, the AG-HMC150 captures HD recordings that approach broadcast quality. This tapeless camera-recorder boasts a 28mm (35mm equivalent) wide-angle lens - widest in a professional camera of this class – and a 13x zoom, plus a newly developed 1/3-inch 16:9 progressive CCD.
AVCHD format recording captures images of superior quality at twice the compression efficiency of MPEG-2, and a new "PH" recording mode for professionals allows higher quality recording at a greater bit rate. Thanks to cinelike gamma, an HD multi-format that supports 23.98p/29.97p recording, and a variety of manual functions, the AG-HMC150 is also suited to cinema-like video production. This dropout-free memory-card camera-recorder offers exceptional reliability and high resistance to vibration, humidity and dust. Geared to handle video tasks in the IT age, the AG-HMC150 lets you transfer recorded files directly to a PC for quick nonlinear editing and distribution over a network.

Professional High-quality (PH) mode for full-pixel HD recording; also supports AVCHD (MPEG-4 AVC/H.264) format.

Records for 180 minutes* (approx.) in the highest-quality (PH) mode, or 720 minutes* (approx.) in extended (HE) mode.
