Stereo Microphone Preamplifier , XLR Microphone to RCA Line Level Amplifier Professional, two channel microphone amplifier with built-in phantom power Studio quality audio with superior headroom Ideal for the Sony HDR-FX1 camcorder The DXA-10 is a professional two channel, battery-powered microphone preamplifier with built-in phantom power. Easily connect balanced XLR microphones to consumer audio recording gear. Ideal for use as a very quiet front end for camcorders such as the Canon XL1s and Sony FX1, and also MiniDisc recorders or any other device that lets you use line levels inputs directly. The line level inputs bypass the normally poor quality preamps in the recorder for far superior audio quality. Has both LINE and MIC level outputs for versatility. Studio quality audio and professional +/- 15 volt rails for lots of headroom. The slideout drawer makes battery replacement a snap. Rugged construction ensures years of use and the removable belt clip makes it perfect for portable applications where no compromise sound is required.
