It is great when a company wants to know how customers experiences have been.

This was my first major (US$2181) internet purchase and at the start I was very skeptical.  You always hear of people being taken by online purchase scams.  I can honestly tell you that my experience with Expandore, Steven Sun and UPS was very positive.  Steven was a pleasure to deal with and answered all of my questions in a precise and timely manner.  UPS was very quick and the tracking was great.  I received my camera in perfect condition and it only took 4.5 days

I commend everyone involved in this, my first real online purchase.  I have told many people about my purchasing experience and have recommended you guys for the job.  Once again thankyou to everyone involved.

By the way the camera meets all my expectations and more.

Thank you for excellent service. The camera was shipped almost immediately after I made the payment and it arrived today, august 16th, three days before Fedex' estimated time of arrival.

The shipment also made it through customs without any delay.  Thanks to our arrangement, the shipment was not delayed and I saved at least $300 on the MVA.
Your prices are great too. I've tried the camera briefly, and so far everything is working perfectly.

Je recommande Expandore a quiconque veut acheter des accessoires vidéos sur internet. Leur service client n’a aucun égal tout comme leurs prix. Ils se mettent en quatre pour vous satisfaire et livrer le tout dans les meilleures conditions. Personellement j’ai commandé une AGDVX100 avec accessoires et j’ai fait livrer ca à Madagascar !! Tout est arrivé bien comme il faut. Expandore a fait tout le nécessaire pour trouver le meilleure livreur, calculer les taxes et tout tout … Tout ce que j’ai eu a faire, c’est de commander !! De plus ils assurent un suivi précis de chaque client.
