- Both Customers and us agree to purchase and
sale terms and specify UPS Exchange Collect for financial
settlement.
- We ships the goods by UPS. UPS notifies you
that goods are in transit and payment must be made to UPS before
delivery to you. The notification includes the UPS bank account and

- Upon notification by UPS email ( exchangecollect@ups.com ),you have to
instructs your bank to wire transfer payment to the UPS bank
account based on the amount stated in the e-mail.
- UPS will not accept
cash, checks, credit cards, PayPal or Western Union
money/
- After UPS receives payment, the shipment is
delivered to you.
- Upon verification of delivery, UPS remits
funds to us.
UPS Exchange Collect minimizes the dependency, cost, and complexity
involved with Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections or third
party service providers.

Exchange Collect Minimum order amount : Must be USD
2,000 and above.
Exchange Collect fees : Minimum USD 60 or at 1.25% of the
total purchase amount whichever is greater
Note :
It is critical that the UPS
Tracking Number and the Seller’s Company Name are referenced
along with
your payment in order to ensure
that your payment is applied correctly and the shipment is released
for prompt delivery.
Unless included in the Exchange
Collect Amount, the Total Amount Due DOES NOT INCLUDE DUTY, TAXES,
BROKERAGE OR TRANSPORTATION COSTS: These charges may be invoiced separately or collected at
the time of delivery.
