 Finance Manager

• To manage the local Singapore company in all aspects of invoicing, collections and finance management
• To develop finance reporting systems
• Responsible for monthly close activities including preparing, reviewing and posting journal entries
• Ensure timely completion and review of all general ledger account reconciliation
• Comply with IFRS accounting and provide accounting guidance to the team and the finance organization within the company
• Prepare monthly balance sheet for management reporting
• Drive global finance projects to improve operational efficiency
• The assist the Managing Director in financial planning
• To develop and execute the company’s business plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets whilst staying within cost guidelines

Requirements:

• CPA/ Degree in Accounting
• Good understanding of various accounting practices in the region

 Marketing Executive

• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors.
• Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.
• Maintain or examine the records of government agencies.
• Advise clients in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, the design of accounting or data processing systems, or long-range tax or estate plans.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in accounting studies or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Diligent with careful attention to details and procedures.
• Able to advance internal controls and make improvements to the flow of work
• Knowledge of SAP/B1 would be advantageous
