- DVCPRO-based DV professional mechanism, which assures a quick response and outstanding reliability
- PCM sound recording in 2 channels (48 kHz/16 bits) or 4 channels (32 kHz/12 bits)
- High-density, high-quality DV recording is possible in both SP mode and the extended (1.5x recording time) LP mode. The LP mode allows recording of up to 3 hours.
- DV/Mini-DV cassettes which can be played back in DVCPRO VTRs are used.
- Handy wireless editing controller can be used for wired editing if desired.
- Extensive editing functions are available such as Assemble/Insert with variable editing mode including Automatic Programmed Editing which allows to programme up to 40 sets of edit start and end points.
