The nature of RF signals is such that they bounce off walls or structures creating "dead spots" or sudden loss of signal. The WDR-PROs with 2 selectable frequencies 2 front-end receivers inside the case and 2 antennas has been designed to overcome this inherent problem. Both receivers are set to the same frequency and the WDR-PRO's circuitry selects the receiver with the stronger signal from the microphone and accepts this signal. Hence less chance of dropouts. The LEDs on the WDR-PROs turn from red to green as one receiver and then the other receives a stronger signal. Optional mini-to-XLR and mini-to-1/4" phone plug cables are available.are available. Receives on the "PROs" frequencies (171.105MHz or 171.845MHz).
