The FC-16 is a high performance format converter
for RGB (RGsB, RGBS, or RGB + CV) signals. It converts an RGB input to a
component video (YUV) output.
Typical Applications:

interlaced display system requiring conversion between RGB and
YUV

theater and presentation applications

Conversion to YUV
from an RGB SCART source (for example, a set-top box or a DVD
