For optimal compact and lightweight operation the Vocas MB-200 mattebox can be used as clip-on mattebox.

Canon XH-A1 / XH-G1 with Vocas MB-250 on 15 mm rail support:
For better support and safety for your camera, we recommend using a 15 mm mattebox support.
This support has a flat base and allows the use on all tripods.
Only if a wide-angle converter is used on the Canon XH-A1 / XH-G1, the MB-250 mattebox is needed.
