a camera. When using the DSLRs, your ability to monitor audio will be compromised as DSLRs do not have audio monitoring options. Not to worry though
as the small size of the AVX receiver allows for the transmitter to be plugged directly into devices that have XLR jacks such as traditional camcorders.
