My experience with Expandore through the e-way was incredibly positive.
Before we make the deal, the sales did a very good job to inform me about prices and details for delivery. And then the delivery was very quick . I did my wire transfer on Thursday and the next monday it was received at home.

Thank you for excellent service. The camera was shipped almost immediately after I made the payment and it arrived today, august 16th, three days before Fedex' estimated time of arrival.
The shipment also made it through customs without any delay. Thanks to our arrangement, the shipment was not delayed and I saved at least $300 on the MVA.
Your prices are great too. I've tried the camera briefly, and so far everything is working perfectly.

I operate a video production business in Melbourne Australia. We recently bought a Sony DSR-11 video recorder by e-mail order from Expandore Electronics in Singapore. I did this after phoning three Expandore customers in Australia, who vouched for the company's honesty and excellent service. I communicated with Expandore both by e-mail and phone, and found their personnel courteous and straightforward, responding immediately to any questions I had.
Payment was by bank transfer, a fairly simple matter if you have internet banking. The funds then took a few days to reach Expandore's account. Expandore then **immediately** organised delivery by FedEx (Friday). On Monday morning, FedEx phoned me that the goods had arrived. I paid the government charges, but asked FedEx NOT to deliver until Friday, as I would be out of town.
When I returned late Thursday, I found that my delay request had got lost somewhere in FedEx's system and they had tried to deliver 3 times. I also found 3 e-mails from Expandore expressing their concern as to why I couldn't take delivery. In other words, my only hassle in the whole transaction was from the delivery company, with Expandore following through to make sure everything was in order. Finally the recorder was delivered in perfect order.
I have no hesitation in recommending Expandore, and will certainly be dealing with them again.
I am writing this message, though a little late, to inform you that I have received my AG DVX100AE Camera safely, through the Fed Ex on Feb 10. I have been really impressed by your service mindedness and a very professional approach specially in dealing with your online customers. I have already posted my views about your company, on one of the DVX forums. I took sometime to read the brochure and check the Camera, and I must say that I am absolutely delighted with its performance.
However, I must thank Expandore which has made this unique enjoyment possible for me.
