I purchased a Panasonic DVX -100 and a lens at a later stage through Daniel at Expandore. The service was at a level that is impossible to
find here . They obviously know what they are talking about, have great prices and prompt delivery. I won't look past them for future A/V supplies.

This Wednesday my DVX100 was returned from service.
All in all I am very satisfied with Expandore and you truly deserve this letter for your customer feedback page.
I thought one of the big disadvantages of ordering from a far away company like Expandore would be the limited warranty and to have to send your equipment back to Singapore for service. Though, because of very competitive prices and great customer relationship I decided to order from Expandore anyway. And I must say it was one of the best purchases I have
ever made. The whole ordering process was nothing but pleasure.
However, after some time I noticed a problem with my camera, a problem that required service by Panasonic. I quickly contacted Steven again because my warranty was about to run out. The reply from Steven goes something like this: "Relax, if your camera is defect we'll have it fixed for you, don't worry about the warranty".
Sending the camera in for service was an experience as good as the ordering process, and I could not have found better service here . Now my camera is back from Singapore and all is well.

In my dealings with you I have been very satisfied with the very professional way you have dealt with my purchase. When talking with you I was impressed with your product knowledge and your ability to calm my concerns relating to total payment before purchase.
The camera was supplied ahead of the promised delivery time and using DHL the delivery was extremely smooth and trouble free. It was probably easier, quicker and certainly very much cheaper than buying through the local camera suppliers.

Yet what would happen if things go bad?
For the amount of money of a camcorder - it would be impossible to start legal steps against a crooked dealer. And there are, sadly, quite a few bad-ones as well.
So the risk was ours, as we first had to send You the money before You started delivery - without knowing for sure, that You are a reliable dealer - specially as Your prices are very competitive.
